                        Military Initiatives

Military enlistment and subsequent deployment allows individuals to acquire an important management and entrepreneurial skillset common in the corporate world. Yet, it is a common belief that the skills learned in the military do not transfer into the business world. Our military initiatives aim to put that belief to rest. The fact is veterans have exercised dedication and commitment. These same veterans have also learned how to effectively supervise and motivate people, developing the confidence to lead and make calculated decisions. The reason that so many vets get passed over for job opportunities is the language barrier – their difficulty in drawing the parallels between their military experiences and job requirements.

We understand that veterans have the skills to be successful in the business world. We are committed to providing business opportunities to those who have given so much to their country by offering active members of the military, military spouses, veterans and veteran spouses several incentives to help them start their own business.

Our platform company is a member of the Joining Forces initiative, a national initiative to engage all sectors of society, to give our service members and their families the opportunities and support they have earned by providing them with the ability to start their own business.

Our platform company has also partnered with the Military Spouses Employment Partnership (MSEP) to provide military spouses with the opportunity to have work that moves with them, along with the flexibility they need to care for their families while their spouse is on active duty.
